Grateful thanks to all our worship leaders and musicians for their inspiration and stamina producing the weekly online worship since March 2020.  We are reaching far beyond Netherlorn and Argyll.

There is a proposal for two groups of young people to visit Luing and Seil at the beginning of September as part of a pilgrimage organised by one of the Church of Scotland’s Youth Workers. They wish to be overnight on Seil on Thursday 2nd and 9th September. When they came on previous occasions we have offered them hospitality as a church by giving them their evening meal.  They would love to be fed again but they also want a chance to meet and chat with us, and on previous occasions it has been really interesting to hear their stories and to be refreshed by some young enthusiastic Christians! However with various people being away or not available it might not be possible this year, unless I can have some committed volunteers for each of those evenings to bring some prepared cold food and share the evening together. I am willing to be the contact and organise this but I cannot do it on my own.  For everyone’s safety we would have to plan to do this outdoors if at all possible, so some help with temporary shelter might also be wise?  All up in the air unless I get some support!! If you can offer help, call Maura on 300379 or email

OUR INTERIM MODERATOR is Alison Hay, email or call 01546 886213.
